With a background as an Occupational Therapist specialising in Mental Health—alongside experience in mental health hospitals and palliative care—I offer a unique, therapeutic perspective. I understand the emotional weight of managing clutter, supporting individuals through mental health challenges, and gently guiding families through bereavement when handling a loved one’s belongings.
