What does a Home Organiser actually do?
I work with you to clear physical clutter and implement systems that make your home functional and calm. My approach is therapeutic and non-judgmental.
Do I need to be at home during the session?
Ideally, yes, especially for the decluttering phase. Your input ensures we only keep what truly serves you. Once systems are agreed upon, I can work more independently.
Will you make me throw everything away?
Never. I am here to guide and support your decisions. We focus on what you want to keep and how to store those items respectfully and efficiently.
What areas do you cover?
I primarily serve Amersham, High Wycombe, and the surrounding Buckinghamshire areas. If you're slightly further afield, please get in touch as I may still be able to help.
Are my home and privacy protected?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is core to my professional ethics. I am also enhanced DBS checked for your complete peace of mind.

How does the organising process begin?
We start with a gentle consultation to discuss your needs and goals. Then, I create a tailored plan to reset your space efficiently.
Do I need to buy orginisational products?
Ideally, yes. I’ll create a tailored Amazon list of storage and organising products that suit your space, style and budget. You’re welcome to order from that list, or use it as inspiration and shop elsewhere if you prefer.
I am also happy to use pre-existing storage you may have and can discuss this at the initial consultation.
What areas of the home do you organise?
I can help with any room or space in your home or workplace, creating systems that work for your unique lifestyle.
Do I have to declutter?
No, if you’d like your space to be systemised and organised without doing a declutter first, that’s absolutely fine and can be discussed during your initial consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfers or cash. Deposit is payed once a date has been set and full payment is settled on completion.
What happens with items I clear out?
As we go I will organise items for donation, recycling, or disposal and I am happy to take away one carload for each day booked.
